The Mississippi State Department of Health has asked us to tell you about this survey about COVID-19 vaccines. They would like to make sure the survey results reflect the opinions of the families, caregivers and supporters that are a part of Families as Allies. And we think it’s important, too.
MSDH is asking Mississippians what they think about the possibility of a vaccine and why they might or might not choose to receive it, along with whether you think the vaccine is effective and what would help you make up your mind about it.
The survey takes ten minutes to complete and is anonymous, although they ask that you take it only once.
