The Pacific Southwest Mental Health Technology Transfer Center Network published this list of important hotlines and chatlines that we should all have available in case we or a loved one needs someone to talk to or other mental health resources. Here’s the list:

 

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline – 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

If you are a Veteran or service member, press “1” to be connected to a specialist

If you are deaf or hard-of-hearing, use your preferred TTY service or dial 711 and then 1-800-273-8255
