We spent January 2020 planning how to broaden our outreach.
Many of you helped us by sharing your suggestions, including at our New Year Open House. A number of good ideas came out of that planning, including our updated newsletter, more training for providers and systems, enhanced tools for parent-peer support and an increased focus on leadership training for families.
We also made plans to do Facebook Live Town Hall at noon on the fifth Wednesday in every month that has a fifth Wednesday. We had no idea how handy that might be when April 29th rolled around, given everything we’re dealing with during this COVID-19 crisis.
