Mississippi State Interagency Coordinating Council The Mississippi State Interagency Coordinating Council (MSICC) is an advisory council appointed by the Governor to advise and assist the Mississippi State Department of Health in implementing the requirements of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Part C covers children birth through age two. The MSICC advises and assists the MSDH First Steps Early Intervention Program. Families and professionals are encouraged to attend. Public comments may be shared during each meeting.
