Family peer support provides hope and community for families of loved ones of any age with mental health and substance use challenges, serious mental illnesses, and/or serious emotional disturbances. The growing base of evidence reaffirms an abundance of stories from families who have benefitted from family peer support.

Community Outreach and Engagement Training
Families as Allies is training interested parents & caregivers to help with outreach in communities across MS. Trainings focus on outreach at conferences & events, presenting to community groups about FAA, & supporting families with school & other types of meetings within communities.
Our 3rd training will focus on how to support parents or caregivers at school meetings & other meeting types in communities & is scheduled for 8/3 from 9-12pm at FAA.
