IDEA Part C Early Intervention Written State Complaints: A Guide for Families of Infants and Toddlers (Birth through Age 2)

Parents have important rights if they disagree about whether the requirements of Part C of the IDEA are being followed. Under Part C of the IDEA, you have the right to file a written state complaint when you want the state lead agency to investigate if the IDEA has been followed. This session will provide families with information and resources to guide them through this process.
