The Interagency Coordinating Council for Children and Youth (ICCCY) is statutorily mandated to oversee the system of care for children’s mental health in Mississippi. The Council meets twice annually. All meetings are open to the public and include opportunities for public comment. Public comments are limited to 3 minutes.
