We meet virtually on the fourth Wednesday of every month to discuss current policy issues and opportunities to educate policymakers and serve on decision-making committees. These meetings are open to anyone interested in learning more about policy.
This month, we discussed proposed changes to federal agencies that could affect family support, mental health services, healthcare and the protection of disability rights. We also discussed how we can share our feedback about these proposed changes with our lawmakers in Washington, D.C.
Please watch the video and let us know if the information is helpful. We want to ensure that the policy information we share is accurate, objective, and about what matters most to you and your family.
