State responds to Justice Department Lawsuit

State_response_to_DOJ-01.jpgOn October 11, 2016, the State, via Phelps Dunbar LLP, filed its response to the Justice Department's recent lawsuit alleging Mississippi discriminates against adults with mental illness by unlawfully segregating them in institutional settings.
