DESCRIPTION:Be Strong Families \nIntentional structures and systems drive sustainable fatherhood and male engagement initiatives. This includes establishing roles\, responsibilities\, male engagement champions\, research-based practices\, and coordinated communication and relationship development plans. This training promotes systems thinking in male engagement practices\, establishing enduring responsivity\, evaluation\, and improvement planning into fatherhood initiatives. Attendees will learn how to create a new male engagement program or evolve its current practices into more effective research-based plans and practices. Participants will learn how to go beyond baseline engagement and learn proven techniques for creating powerful and rich male engagement practices that nurture the self-efficacy and self-esteem of all children’s most prominent male role models.
