Participants will explore the values and phases of reunification\, viewing them through the lens of “The Water of Systems Change” by John Kania\, Mark Kramer\, and Peter Senge. \nThe session emphasizes shifting from trauma-informed care to healing-centered engagement\, where individuals are seen not just as victims of trauma\, but as agents in their well-being. Key objectives include understanding the importance of healing-centered practices\, identifying strengths-based strategies\, and fostering transformative change by addressing systemic structures’ implicit\, semi-implicit\, and explicit aspects.
