The United States vs. Mississippi lawsuit

Judge Reeves will hold a hearing on the role of the monitor in the United States vs. Mississippi lawsuit. The monitor will oversee how the Department of Mental  Health (DMH) implements the remedy to correct the problems identified in the 2019 trial. This hearing will be held via Zoom and is open to the public.  The public can access the hearing by dialing 877-336-1829 and entering passcode 3608939#. Parent peer support specialists, parent consultants and parent educators are especially encouraged to attend. We will share ideas, brainstorm and support each other.
